Discipline Connections:
Art: Various forms of
art, architecture and artifacts will be observed, discussed, and created
by students at each grade level 1-6.
Social Studies: Connections will be made at each grade level with the specific ethnicities covered in the curriculum.
Literature: Stories, poetry, letters, etc. written about and told by each group of people will be used whenever possible, ideally in every lesson.
